Gensync isn’t a consultancy with a technology department. It isn’t a product company with a services arm. It’s a tech firm that delivers engagements for real clients, using the same AI tooling we help those clients adopt. A few specifics about what that actually looks like.
Everyone at Gensync is on client work. Founders included. We don’t have a bench of people selling and a separate bench of people delivering. The person who shows up to discovery is the person who ships the work.
The internal agents, documentation systems, and workflows we deploy for clients also run Gensync. That’s a forcing function — we find out what works on ourselves before we hand it to a firm paying us for it. It also means you’ll be working alongside AI the same way our clients eventually will.
We’re Denver-anchored but built for remote work. The team is distributed. We fly in for client kickoffs and for a few in-person weeks a year. The rest of the time we run like a serious remote firm — async by default, calls when they’re worth it, no calendar-as-status-symbol.
We’ll stay small on purpose. A firm that hires ahead of its ability to ship becomes the thing we criticize on every other page of this site. Growth comes when the work demands it, not when the cap table does. Everyone here carries real weight as a result — and gets to see the direct impact of their work on the firm.
